Doodhmitra is a Milk, Dairy and Milk Products ERP and CRM software for dairy vendors, milk product sellers and milk sweet shops and retailers. This website owned by QUADRANG SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our website and purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
2. Purchases & Payments
- Prices are listed in Indian currency and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase of any plan’s subscription.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed on the same day.
- Customers will be able to use the software immediately after purchase.
- Our team can help the customer on their onboarding and if they want to migrate any of their existing data.
4. Returns & Refunds
- To avoid back and forth in returns and refunds, we provide a free trial. After the free trial period is over, customers are supposed to purchase a plan
- We can allow the customer to upgrade and downgrade the plan as per their requirements, but we cannot provide refund.
- We take utmost care and maintain and upgrade our software. Refunds will be issued only if software product is defunct due to any reason.
- Refund if any will only be given on pro-rata basis, that is, refund for unused period of time that the customer has not used.
- If your refund is approved in any circumstances then the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 -7 working days

All content on this website—including logos, product names, images, text, and design—is the intellectual property of Doodhmitra. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
